1. Services Overview
TLC provides executive leadership capacity architecture, coaching, and related professional development services. Our offerings may include one-on-one engagements, group programs, workshops, digital content, and related materials. Specific terms for subscription-based services are outlined in the applicable Subscription Coaching Agreement provided at the time of enrollment.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Use of Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its servers, or any connected systems.
- Use the website to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Scrape, mine, or harvest data from the website without our prior written consent.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the website.
4. Coaching Relationship
Coaching services provided by TLC are not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or any form of mental health treatment. Coaching is a collaborative, future-focused, and action-oriented process. The Client is solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. The Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes; results depend on the Client's engagement, effort, and follow-through.
5. Scheduling and Attendance
Sessions are scheduled in advance by the Client. If the Client needs to reschedule, a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours' notice is required. Missed sessions without adequate notice may be forfeited at the Coach's discretion. Specific scheduling policies may be further outlined in the Client's individual service agreement.
6. Payment and Billing
All payments for services are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and acknowledge that TLC does not store full credit card or banking information on its own systems. Fees for services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement. The Client is responsible for keeping payment information current; failed or declined charges may result in suspension of services until payment is resolved.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the TLC website and all materials provided during coaching engagements — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, frameworks, the ELEVATE Method™, worksheets, exercises, and digital resources — are the intellectual property of Tyge Aleksander and TLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent. Materials provided during engagements are for your personal use only.
8. Confidentiality
All coaching sessions are confidential. The Coach agrees to maintain the privacy of all information shared, except in the case of imminent harm to self or others, or as otherwise required by law. The Client agrees not to record sessions without the Coach's prior written consent.
9. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TLC and Tyge Aleksander shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to TLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TLC and Tyge Aleksander from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
